We strive to make our class schedule as flexible as possible. With our varied classes throughout the day, there is sure to be a time that fits well with your schedule, if not please let us know or make a suggestion.
- CF Classes: Group CrossFit training.
- ELEMENTS: The emphasis of ELEMENTS is on skill development and exposure to our basic movements in a slower, more instructional class setting. ALL MEMBERS welcome.
- CrossFit Lite: A unique interval-training program of fast-paced cardio; blending traditional and non-traditional exercises in intense patterns to improve your body’s overall performance; weaving agility and speed drills, power endurance training and plyometrics. Similar to boot camp or a sport clinic, this class is perfect for the athlete looking for a non-stop, action packed hour of exercise without the heavy weightlifting. ALL MEMBERS welcome.
- Open Gym: For those who can’t make a regularly scheduled class and want to get a WOD in or to meet some friends for a group WOD outside of class. CFNM coach will always be present.
