We offer training packages to accommodate every lifestyle and budget:
- Unlimited Group Training: For individuals that are committed to training 4-6 days per week.
- 12 Class Punch Card: For individuals who need more flexibility in their scheduling week to week. 12 classes/sessions per month. Unused sessions do not roll over.
- ELEMENTS: The emphasis of ELEMENTS is on skill development and exposure to our basic movements in a slower, more instructional class setting. 12 sessions over the period of 1 month. Unused sessions do not roll over.
- Personal Training: We offer personal coaching sessions for clients who prefer a one-on-one atmosphere, have special needs, or looking for additional training on the CrossFit Method.
- Open Gym: For those who can’t make a regularly scheduled class and want to get a WOD in or to meet some friends for a group WOD outside of class. CFNM coach will always be present. .
- Drop-In: For individuals that can make our group classes sporadically and/or travelers.
