Many people getting started with CrossFit are entering our gym after years of physical inactivity or perhaps after an injury; many are fit, but have never been exposed to the fundamentals of CrossFit.
The emphasis of ELEMENTS is on skill development and exposure to our basic movements in a slower, more instructional class setting. If you are new to CrossFit, ELEMENTS is most likely the best place for you; a chance to get more comfortable with CrossFit in a less competitive environment. The ELEMENTS class will be a full hour of warm-up, instruction, and the workout of the day, just like our level 1 classes.
We will provide you with the technique and skills necessary for keeping you safe and maximizing your results when you enter level 1 classes. We are going to be hammering technique—both to ensure your safety and success at the next level.
Our ELEMENTS class is designed to be a training program that you might want to do forever. If you, and your coaches, feel that you would benefit more from moving into CrossFit classes then we will give you a gentle boot out of ELEMENTS into our level 1 class.

Joining Elements will be a 1 month commitment (12-classes) at $165/month. ELEMENTS members will have to complete 8 of the 12 classes to move on to the regular classes.
