Molly Biss

CrossFit Coach/Athlete

Molly is a Northern California native, the youngest of five siblings; three sisters, and two brothers. When she is not at the gym or spending time with her family, she is managing the tasting room at Larson Family Winery in Sonoma.

Molly was very active in sports at a young age; loving the competitive, intense environment, especially in soccer where she played practically year round for 15 years. After eventually retiring from her soccer career, Molly still remained active by running long distances, yoga and working out in a variety of gyms, but missing the intensity and team environment that she loved about soccer until one day in 2009 she found CrossFit.

Molly immediately fell in love with CrossFit. The motivating, positive, high intensity environment was exactly what she had been missing. Molly has never looked back since. Her first goal was a pull-up and now it is to become a trainer to help motivate others to reach their goals. Molly has continued to pursue her passion for CrossFit. Soaking up all available information, instruction and obtaining her Level 1 Certification in January 2011.
